Kapiolani Soiree

Please join co-chairs Chris Eldridge and Alana Kobayashi Pakkala for the return of Kapiolani Soiree. We’re going back to the 80s for a totally awesome night at Castle & Cooke Aviation featuring entertainment by the Spazmatics, dinner, and a night of dancing next to the runway.

This radical night is dedicated to creating awareness and raising vital funds for Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children.  All net proceeds from the Soirée will support Kapiolani’s future Cancer Center, a capital project to expand infusion and outpatient oncology services for women and children.

Date: Nov. 12, 2022 at 6 p.m.
Location: Castle & Cooke Aviation

As a not-for-profit medical center, we rely on community support to carry out our vital purpose – which is to provide care regardless of a patient’s family’s ability to pay. As Hawaii’s only full-service women and children’s specialty hospital, our community depends on Kapi‘olani. The new cancer will be the only one of its kind in the state, combining the highest level of services for both children and women in one location including infusion services. It will offer comprehensive women’s care dedicated to the prevention and treatment of breast cancer and gynecologic cancers.  The new center will also offer pediatric cancer care with access to clinical trials, new treatments, and health care professionals with expertise in treating children and adolescents with cancer and other blood disorders.
