Kōkua Mai Campaign Supports Pali Momi
First Hawaiian Bank (FHB) employees and retirees are once again making a long-term investment in the future of healthcare at Pali Momi Medical Center.
For eight straight years, FHB employees have selected the Pali Momi Women’s Center as one of the beneficiaries of their Kōkua Mai Campaign. The annual employee giving program allows team members, past and present, to support local charities of their choice.
“More than 63% of our employees are women, and a majority of them live in Central and West Oʻahu, so many of them have taken advantage of the services at the Pali Momi Women’s Center,” said Iris Matsumoto, FHB’s executive vice president of human resources.
In 2021, 145 employees from branches across the island – including ʻEwa Beach, Pearl City, Waipahu, and downtown Honolulu – pledged $22,468 to the Women’s Center. FHB employees have given a total of $117,505 to the center since 2014.
