"Ryan’s World" YouTube Star Visits Kapiʻolani

Patients at Kapiʻolani Medical Center for Women & Children got to meet one of their favorite YouTube stars! Toy reviewer Ryan Kaji's “Ryan’s World” is one of the world’s most popular YouTube channels that boasts more than 34 million subscribers and nearly 55 billion video views. He and his parents, who now live in Hawaiʻi, made a special visit to the medical center.

They gave Kapiʻolani patients Starlight Children's Foundation backpacks filled with "Ryan’s World" toys and games, along with cards with a QR code that led to a special message from Ryan.

Ryan and his family spent time with children undergoing treatment at Kapiʻolani as part of their partnership with Starlight Children’s Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to delivering happiness to kids in hospitals.
